The Board of Directors of the Holiday Acres Property Owners Association (HAPOA) would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our beautiful subdivision. Holiday Acres has 169 individual parcels of land, most of which are between three to five acres in size, and 151 owners. HAPOA owns greenbelt which we are planning to improve so owners can more fully enjoy.

We are fortunate to have rural mail delivery, good quality city water and county road maintenance of the main arterial routes
